How to Resolve Tentative PI KYC and Migration

Pi Network is urging all Pioneers to complete an essential step in their journey toward the Mainnet migration & complete KYC checks. As the network prepares for its transition to the Mainnet, As soon as Pi Network is reminding users to sign the token acknowledgment, an important requirement even for those who are still awaiting their KYC (Know Your Customer) results.

Your tentative KYC status or take long wait for full KYC results and migration may be caused by your need to complete actions.  Which follows as; For example, some Pioneers need to complete additional liveness checks (make sure the video is clear with good lighting). When prompted in the mining app for such additional liveness checks, please take the liveness checks and do not close the popup. Sign the token acknowledgment even if you are still waiting for your KYC results as it is required for anyone to migrate to Mainnet anyway. Others must secure their account as required in the Mainnet Checklist. Check your KYC app and Mainnet Checklist everyday and take actions when prompted in order to receive your final KYC results and get ready for migration as soon as possible it may occur.

In a recent announcement, Pi Network highlighted that delays in KYC processing or migration could be linked to incomplete actions in the app. Some Pioneers may still need to undergo additional liveness checks to confirm their identity. The network recommends ensuring that any liveness checks are performed with clear video quality and proper lighting, as these are crucial for a smooth verification process. Otherwise delayed May occur.
